In this, the sixth novella in The Mimi Series, the little dog, Mimi, solves another mystery involving attempted murder, at the same time as presiding, as Maid of Honor, at the wedding of her PERSON, Nicole Marcel, to the Detective Giscard Morency.
It is a beautiful June, outdoor ceremony in Les Jardins du Luxumbourg, after which a reception is held at the nightclub where Nicole (and Mimi) sing, Au Chant du Coq. But the crime and the perpetrator of it color the atmosphere until all is resolved.
The Mimi Series is now complete, with this last novella. However, a hard cover volume of the whole Mimi narrative is being compiled which will be available in early 2022, titled:
