Mary Kellogg lives in North Hebron, New York. She has been writing poetry for more than 60 years, since she was eleven. She moved to upstate New York with her husband, Dick, who died more than a decade ago.
Mary did not show her poetry to anyone until a few years ago. Her poetry has been shared at readings and reprinted in several books, including Izzy and Lenore: Two Dogs, an Unexpected Journey, and Me, to be published by Random House. This is her first book. She loves her life, including living alone, gardening, and has a number of “lady friends.” She is active in volunteer work, working to build a two-bed hospice facility in Granville, New York.
This is her time, she says.
