The author was asked a few years ago to present to a few college and graduate level classes on his learnings gathered over his 40 year career in 3 capacities: engineering; engineering management and manufacturing. This book is an expansion and refinement of that experience and feedback. It includes learnings in these diverse arears about leadership, integrity, responsibility and personal goals and objectives. It contains many practical examples from real life and can be applied to any industry and life in general. It can also serve as a primer to someone entering a new phase in their career into a leadership role.
