This book was an outgrowth of working with clients to bring yoga into peoples very busy lives, as well as inviting folks to begin a modest practice to enhance health and wellbeing. LisaMary's philosophy is that each person can do yoga no matter one’s limitation or time of one’s life. Even the smallest act of yoga will benefit one’s body.

LisaMary DiDonna McGrail, BA, NYS LMT, CYT 500, lives in upstate New York and has been yoga practitioner for 30+ years. She began teaching yoga in 2011 and has been facilitating a variety of classes, including gentle yoga. She brought yoga to her Hospice patients in the gentlest way as well as teaching patients breath technique to ease pain. Additionally, she studied Thai Yoga Massage, Trauma Informed Yoga, and Integrated Positional Therapy at Kripalu Yoga Center. Over her twenty year career as a massage therapist, LisaMary has massaged thousands of people from all walks of life, offering yoga poses to assist clients in maintaining flexibility.
