Get Ready for a Whirlwind Ride Around Woodstock and Beyond
Michael Esposito is a living embodiment of Woodstock Nation, the town in its counter-cultural heyday when music played everywhere and hippies pursued Utopian dreams. A past more optimistic than today, more visionary. A past kept alive in this book of cartoons. Includes introduction by Geddy Sveikauskas, Publisher of the Woodstock Times.
“The Woodstock Festival was graced with three days and nights of Wavy Gravy. The town of Woodstock, on the other hand, has been blessed with Swami Salami for forty years.” — Tad Wise
“He has, rarely, said nice things about real estate.” — Calvin Grimm
“That strange combination of Meher Baba and disgruntled rock musician, the Swami has kept Woodstock smiling and being happy.” — John Sebastian'
“One of the best, insightful, fabulous, beautiful and profound whatevers I’ve ever seen. Seriously!” — Elliot Landy
“Funnier than the Bhagavad Gita! More laughs than the Lotus Sutra!” — Sparrow

Since the early eighties, he has run the Old Spokes Home, a favorite bike repair shop. He still plays music with Marc Black and Eric Parker.
