The story begins when Frank Marquette, a middle-aged father of three decided give in to the voices in his head and pursue his passion for acting by auditioning for a murder-mystery dinner-theater company. He quickly became a featured player and went on to start his own company. After an eleven-year run in Las Vegas, Frank moved the company to his native New York State, where he achieved wild success. This incredible journey has involved every member of the Marquette family, hundreds of actors, and countless venues, charities, national corporations and experiences that are both dramatic, hilarious and inspiring.

As an actor, Frank Marquette has appeared on stage in New York, Nevada, and New Mexico. The author of fifteen plays, he has also directed and produced dozens of productions. His on-camera work has included national commercials and a number of series. In addition to operating Murder Café, Frank currently works as a lecturer. A native New Yorker, he grew up in Kingston, New York. Along with his wife, Kristen, he currently resides in Rosendale, New York, after being on the road for twenty-seven years.
