Union Squared: Almost a Novel
An inquisitive old man near New York City’s Union Square records life as he sees it nowadays in the Square. Most shoppers and tourists will never know of the day when a benevolent darkness covers the six acres and brings together the Furs and Feathers and the friendly green community, which shelters and nourishes all. On the day of the Squared Dance the residents and some visitors learn to use their left and right paws and claws and feet, cementing friendships in Union Square under the guidance of a Feather named Emma.
