This is Lisa M Capone’s second published work. This short story is a big departure from her first work which was a children’s story. Lisa’s first published work, “The Adventures of Jack and Moose, How Jack
met Moose” centers around emergency and disaster preparedness which is the primary career choice for Lisa. Had it not been for a troubled childhood and her brother, Ed, who taught her survival skills that
book may have never been created.
Sadly, because of the troubled childhood she and her siblings endured; this true-life experience book was written. Lisa felt strongly that this very personal and very timely story be told.
