Throughout my life I have enjoyed humor and writing simply rhyming poetry. At the suggestion of a couple of friends and some family, I decided to put some of it together in the form of a small book. There are poems, some stories and a few anecdotes.
The main reason for pursuing this fun endeavor was to leave something that could serve as a rememberance for my grandchildren and, hopefully, a multitude of great grandchildren.
Not to go into any amount of biographical detail, I will simply state that by growing older, through aging and knowledge, I became conservative. Some of my poems of a political nature have a conservative theme. I ask of any liberal readers to please be tolerant of my senior citizen views.
I wish to thank family and friends for their encouragement and, most of all, God, for the time and ability to accomplish it.
