Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 2 business days, via media mail --unless another shipping method is selected. All orders ship from Troy, NY. If you wish to pick up an order please call or email to set up a pick-up time. Any order paid by check will be held until the check is received.

Returns

Returns are accepted on books in new condition. Please contact us when if returning an order. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of order placement, and received within 45 days of order placement. Refunds will only be made once the product is returned in new condition. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping costs.

Recieved Wrong Item

If you received the wrong item, please email orders@thetroybookmakers.com. We can send you a prepaid return label, and will send the correct item as soon as the incorrect item is returned. In keeping with our general return policy, the book must be in new condition and postmarked within 30 days of order placement.

Privacy

TBMbooks / The Troy Book Makers will never share your name or personal information. We only use the information gathered when placing an order to fulfill the order and communicate payment, shipping and delivery information.
