Greg Martini: Since the age of 10, I’ve been interested in cooking. I always wanted to cook like Bobby Flay and Emeril. I used to take cooking classes when I was in junior high and high school, but having Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy made it harder and harder. Rachael Ray, a cook from 45 minutes away from my hometown of Colonie, NY, always says that you can do anything. This made me realize that even if I couldn’t cook anymore, I could still learn and teach. Now here I am with a published cookbook. I hope you enjoy my recipes and tips!
This is the second writing collaboration of Greg Martini and Lisa Chelkowski. All proceeds from this cookbook will be donated to charity to help feed children.
