Rose is President of Suite Advice, LLC and the former President of Pinnacle Human Resources, which she sold in October 2021. With a background in finance, human resources, and consulting for over thirty years, Rose specializes in C-Suite advisory and consulting services to small/medium size businesses. Her experience, knowledge and skills help C-Suite leadership find solutions to initiatives, that for multiple reasons, are not moving forward.
As an entrepreneur, Rose grew Pinnacle HR, LLC from a staff of three to thirty consultants. Rose and staff delivered both strategic and tactical HR solutions to their clients. Their work with hundreds of clients and their employees are the true stories told in this book. All names are always withheld!
Prior to owning Pinnacle HR, Rose held top HR and Finance leadership roles throughout the Northeast. She has led strategic initiatives such as organizational change, mergers/acquisitions, system implementations, culture/engagement improvements, training programs, and operational improvements- always focusing on how the people-side of business impacts plans. At Suite Advice, she has brought together a collection of subject-matter experts to provide targeted solutions to businesses.
Rose is a frequently requested speaker both locally and nationally. She is the author of a monthly column “Work Matters” in the Business section of the Albany Times Union, a Hearst Publication and her articles also appear in many other business journals. In 2018, she launched a podcast series, The Thorn in Rose’s Side which has a growing audience of followers on iTunes and Soundcloud.
Rose is a graduate of Lesley University in Cambridge, MA and is a certified Senior Professional in HR. She serves on many Board of Directors for local non-profits and she is passionate about causes such as children welfare, women’s rights and the arts. Rose is also passionate about food, family and friends. She is married and has two sons, who also live in New York’s Capital Region. They entertain often in their home in Albany and when boating on Sleepy Hollow Lake in Athens, NY.
