When I met Dustie and Woody, the two termites on Noah's Ark, they took me on a new journey through a story I’ve known since childhood. They invited me into their lives, and showed me the other animals and the people on the Ark from their point of view. I had a lot of fun and their courage, concerns and kindness came alive as they led me through this tale. They’ve inspired me to live as fully and compassionately as they do. Let Woody and Dustie be your guides through this book and you, too, can find enjoyment, even in difficult times.

Two Termites on Noah’s Ark is Bonsai Cox’s first fictional story. It follows her two autobiographical books, I Keep Coming Out and I’m the Gay Twin. She lives in the Berkshire Hills of western Massachusetts, where she enjoys taking care of the woods on the property she shares with her partner of 33 years. She loves to photograph the natural world and is also an avid collector of sharks’ teeth and other fossils, which she finds on the Gulf Coast of Florida.
