Paul O’Brien taught English for forty-seven years at Notre Dame and Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons School. Since leaving the classroom, he has remained active in a number of educational boards including the Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons School Board, the St. Kateri Tekakwitha School Board, NYSEC, and NYSCEA. His hobbies include reading, writing, traveling, and meeting good friends at the Blue Ribbon Diner for breakfast or lunch. He lives with his wife Deborah in Niskayuna, New York.
